I think that people can exhibit both traits. For example, a person can be reserved but proactively participate in team activities. There are many people who are outgoing only for a certain period and rest of the time they prefer to be alone.Benefits of having an introverted manager consist, the manager will not disturb anyone or try to be personal, they will be strictly professional, they will be individualistic and will respect other’s space. On the other hand, extroverted managers will be friendly and they will be proactive and will encourage you to open up more. For an introverted teacher or manager, my approach will be calm while extroverted managers can be more than colleagues but it is important to draw a line between personal and professional life.
